Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Production Engineer Outerwear Specialist da inserire nel team dedicato alla categoria Outerwear.

Cerchiamo una persona con 2-4 anni di esperienza nel settore moda/abbigliamento, con una forte attitudine tecnica, precisione e passione per il prodotto.

La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con il team Outerwear, il responsabile di categoria e la Direzione, seguendo il prodotto nelle diverse fasi di sviluppo e industrializzazione:

Disegno tecnico → Tech Pack & Scheda tecnica → Prototipo → Sdifettamento → Campionario → Produzione

RESPONSABILITÀ

  • Realizzazione e aggiornamento di disegni tecnici dettagliati, tech pack e schede tecniche di prodotto.
  • Sviluppo e controllo dei prototipi e del campionario.
  • Gestione in prima persona dello sdifettamento di prototipi, campionario e produzione.
  • Analisi delle problematiche tecniche e definizione delle relative correzioni.
  • Comunicazione diretta con i fornitori per modifiche, correzioni e sviluppo tecnico del prodotto.
  • Verifica dell’applicazione delle modifiche richieste nelle successive fasi di sviluppo.
  • Monitoraggio del prodotto fino alla messa in produzione, garantendo coerenza tra specifiche tecniche, campione approvato e prodotto finale.
  • Collaborazione quotidiana con il team Outerwear e il responsabile di categoria per garantire la corretta industrializzazione del prodotto.

REQUISITI

  • 2-4 anni di esperienza nel settore apparel, preferibilmente in ruoli di production engineering, product development o technical product development.
  • Specifica conoscenza della categoria Outerwear.
  • Ottima capacità di realizzare disegni tecnici, tech pack e schede tecniche.
  • Esperienza nello sdifettamento e nella gestione tecnica dei fornitori.
  • Conoscenza delle principali costruzioni e caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto outerwear.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Adobe Illustrator e Photoshop.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
  • Disponibilità a eventuali trasferte in Italia e all’estero.

PLUS

  • Conoscenze di modellistica e capacità di lettura e interpretazione dei cartamodelli.
  • Conoscenza di software 3D applicati al fashion/apparel.
  • Familiarità con strumenti di AI applicati allo sviluppo e all’industrializzazione del prodotto.
