· Raggiungere i target di vendita definiti dallo Store Manager;

· Lavorare in modo sinergico con i colleghi, supportando il team e contribuendo a un clima di reciproca fiducia;

· Mantenere un approccio positivo, equilibrato e costruttivo anche in situazioni di pressione, dimostrando coerenza e orientamento al lavoro in un’ottica di miglioramento continuo;

· Accogliere, ingaggiare e relazionarsi col cliente, fornendo, attraverso un ascolto attivo, una proposta di vendita consulenziale coerente con il posizionamento del brand Boggi Milano;

· Tradurre l’analisi dei principali KPIs in azioni correttive concrete finalizzate al miglioramento delle performance del punto vendita;

· Trasformare l’interazione col cliente in una customer experience eccellente, con uno storytelling mirato, una profonda conoscenza del prodotto e una proposta di vendita atta a soddisfare al meglio le esigenze dello stesso;

· Gestire con metodo il proprio tempo e le priorità quotidiane.

Chi sei

· Hai esperienza di vendita di almeno un anno nel settore moda premium/menswear;

· Conosci la lingua inglese, altre lingue saranno un plus.
