🌴 Manager / Responsable de Point de Vente (H/F) – Bohebon Portet-sur-Garonne | CDD 35h

Vous êtes du genre à manager avec le sourire, à vous retrousser les manches quand ça chauffe au comptoir, et à ne pas lâcher un objectif une fois qu'il est posé ? On a le poste pour vous.

Bohebon, c'est quoi ? Une chaîne de restaurants hawaïens en pleine expansion, qui mise autant sur la qualité de ses poke bowls que sur l'ambiance de ses équipes. On grandit vite, et on cherche un·e responsable pour prendre les rênes de notre restaurant de Portet-sur-Garonne le temps d'un remplacement.

Le poste

CDD dans le cadre d'un remplacement, 35h/semaine, sur notre restaurant de Portet-sur-Garonne. 90% terrain, 10% gestion : ici, le manager est dans le feu de l'action, pas dans un bureau. Une formation est prévue à la prise de poste pour vous accompagner.

Vos missions

  • Piloter les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant avec exigence et énergie
  • Animer, former et faire monter votre équipe en compétences
  • Garantir la qualité produit, l'expérience client et le respect des normes HACCP
  • Suivre et optimiser les indicateurs clés : CA, stocks, coûts, masse salariale
  • Assurer la gestion des caisses et la clôture des encaissements
  • Analyser les résultats et proposer des actions concrètes d'amélioration

Votre profil

  • Expérience solide en management d'équipe, idéalement en restauration rapide
  • Leadership naturel et sens de l'organisation
  • Exigence sur les standards qualité, hygiène et procédures
  • Capacité à fédérer et à tirer une équipe vers le haut
  • À l'aise avec la pression des coups de feu… et avec le calme qu'il faut pour gérer l'après
