Bohebon, c’est quoi ? Une chaĂźne de restaurants hawaĂŻens en pleine expansion partout en France, qui mise autant sur la qualitĂ© de ses poke bowls que sur l’ambiance de ses Ă©quipes. Pour accompagner notre croissance, on cherche notre Responsable Communication et Marketing OpĂ©rationnel.

Le poste

Basé·e au siĂšge de Toulouse, avec des dĂ©placements ponctuels sur le rĂ©seau. Au cƓur du dĂ©veloppement commercial de l’enseigne, vous dĂ©ployez les actions marketing opĂ©rationnelles qui font venir et revenir les clients dans l’ensemble des restaurants. Un poste orientĂ© business et client, avec un impact direct sur le trafic, le chiffre d’affaires et la fidĂ©lisation.

Vos missions

  • Construire et piloter le plan d’action commercial et marketing annuel de l’enseigne, dĂ©clinĂ© en opĂ©rations trimestrielles et mensuelles
  • Concevoir et dĂ©ployer les opĂ©rations de conquĂȘte, de trafic et de fidĂ©lisation : street marketing, partenariats locaux, Ă©vĂ©nements, CRM, programme de fidĂ©litĂ©
  • Accompagner les ouvertures de nouveaux restaurants : plan de lancement, visibilitĂ© locale, animation d’ouverture
  • Piloter la communication digitale et l’e-rĂ©putation : SEO, Google My Business, rĂ©seaux sociaux, plateformes de livraison, et l’agence social media
  • DĂ©ployer le merchandising et la PLV, et garantir la cohĂ©rence de la marque sur tout le rĂ©seau
  • Suivre et analyser les KPI (CA, trafic, panier moyen, fidĂ©lisation, ROI) et reporter Ă  la direction
  • Assurer la veille concurrentielle et proposer de nouveaux leviers de croissance

Votre profil

  • Bac+3 Ă  Bac+5 en marketing, communication ou commerce
  • 3 Ă  5 ans d’expĂ©rience minimum sur un poste similaire, en retail, enseigne multi-sites ou grande distribution (impĂ©ratif)
  • À l’aise avec les indicateurs commerciaux et l’analyse de performance
  • MaĂźtrise des outils digitaux (SEO, CRM, rĂ©seaux sociaux, plateformes de livraison) ; compĂ©tences graphiques (Suite Adobe, Canva) apprĂ©ciĂ©es
  • Orienté·e business et rĂ©sultats, crĂ©atif·ve, autonome, avec un excellent relationnel pour fĂ©dĂ©rer Ă©quipes terrain et prestataires
