About the Role

As AI Solution Lead, you own what we build for a client and make sure it lands. You start from the outcome the client needs, turn it into a solution roadmap, and run the project until it ships.

You work side by side with the engineering team. You find out what needs to be built and make sure it lives up to the client's expectations. You keep the client and the team pointed at the same outcome. You also help win the work. You join client conversations early, shape scope, and write the solution and delivery sections of proposals.

What You Will Do

Own the solution

You start from the business outcome and define the features that get there. You own the solution roadmap end-to-end and decide what ships first and what can wait. Along the way, you make sure the team builds what the client needs and push back when the work drifts from it.

Run delivery

You lead the weekly rhythm with the client and the team, from standups to steering committees. You own the client relationship, get their input into the build, and help land what engineering flags in terms the client acts on. You keep the project on time and on budget, spot risks early, and decide what escalates. And you make sure every person on the team knows their role.

Grow the business

You join pitches and scoping calls early and write the solution, roadmap, and delivery sections of proposals in collaboration with the engineering lead. Inside your projects, you spot follow-on work and raise it early. What you ship becomes case studies and reusable IP.

What We Screen For

We are deliberately not-for-everyone. We look for a specific combination of qualities:

  • Low ego. You're confident and grounded. You own mistakes, invite critique, and share credit.
  • High aptitude. You get to the core of a messy problem fast and explain it simply.
  • High ownership. You move things forward without waiting to be told, even when the brief is unclear.
  • Delivery track record. You've led digital or AI projects from scope to launch, with real clients, deadlines, and budgets. Typically 4+ years in solution, product, or delivery roles, ideally with pre-sales experience.
  • Technically literate. You've worked closely with engineering teams on AI or data products. You know how LLM apps, RAG, and agents fit together and where they break. You don't write production code.
  • Commercially aware. You know what makes a scope credible to a buyer and a project profitable to run.
  • A point of view on AI. You use it daily. You've thought past the demo, to what it changes for the people whose work it touches.
