The posting

1. 负责Unity引擎下游戏全品类特效设计与制作，涵盖角色技能、普攻大招、buff/debuff状态、场景氛围、战斗光效、界面弹窗、过场剧情、道具物件等3D特效，把控特效视觉张力、节奏质感与风格统一，打造贴合游戏调性、满足玩家观感需求的特效效果。 2. 配合特效组长完成项目特效量产、迭代优化工作，严格遵循项目资源规范、烘焙规则与帧率标准，高效完成特效制作、整合、导入调试工作，保障上线资源零错误、零适配问题，顺利落地上线。 3. 负责游戏特效资源性能优化，针对模型面数、粒子数量、贴图精度、Shader开销等进行精简优化，解决特效卡顿、穿模、闪烁、帧率不稳定等问题，有效提升游戏运行流畅度与整体视觉体验。 4. 长期深耕游戏行业，体验拆解各类优质竞品3D特效，提炼优秀的视觉表现手法、粒子逻辑、光影搭配与制作思路，转化为自身制作技能，并落地应用到项目制作中，持续提升团队特效制作水准。

1. 具备游戏3D Unity特效制作相关工作/实习经验，熟悉国风、卡通等主流游戏特效风格表现，了解3D特效制作逻辑，优秀应届毕业生可优先考虑。 2. 熟练掌握Unity引擎特效制作流程，精通Particle粒子系统、Timeline、spine动画等核心功能；熟练使用3ds Max/Maya、PS、AE等配套制作软件，熟悉常用Shader效果的调试与应用。 3. 具备良好的美术审美和手绘功底，精通光影、色彩、节奏、质感表现，能够独立完成从特效创意设计、资源制作、引擎调试到最终落地的全流程工作。 4. 熟悉游戏特效资源规范与移动端/PC端性能适配标准，具备基础的特效性能优化思维，能规避常规特效性能问题。 5. 具备良好的团队协作能力与沟通能力，工作积极主动、责任心强，能够配合项目进度高效完成工作，主动补位支持团队各项制作任务。
