岗位职责 - 参与游戏核心数值体系的设计与维护，包括成长、经济、战斗/概率、资源产出与消耗等模块。 - 根据系统与玩法目标搭建数值框架、公式和配置表，开展推演、验证与平衡性调优。 - 跟踪版本、活动和用户行为数据，分析数值体验与关键指标变化，提出可落地的优化建议。 - 与系统策划、玩法策划、程序及运营协作，保障数值方案准确实现、配置正确并按计划上线。 - 持续研究竞品的数值结构、经济循环和商业化设计，输出拆解报告并沉淀可复用的方法。 - 维护规范、易读的数值文档和配置标准，提升方案沟通及迭代效率。

任职要求 - 2027届本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机、经济学等理工或量化相关专业优先。 - 具备扎实的逻辑思维、概率统计基础和数字敏感度，能够将设计目标抽象为数值模型。 - 熟练使用 Excel，能够运用函数、数据透视、图表等工具完成建模、演算和结果表达。 - 对游戏数值平衡、经济系统、成长节奏或概率体验有一定理解，能主动拆解并反推产品数值。 - 具备良好的文档能力、沟通能力和团队协作意识，能够推动数值方案准确落地。 - 热爱游戏，学习能力与责任心强，能够在迭代中持续验证假设并优化方案。 加分项 - 有数值策划实习、游戏设计比赛、个人项目或完整的游戏数值拆解作品。 - 掌握 SQL、Python/R、VBA 或其他数据分析/编程工具。 - 熟悉休闲棋牌、捕鱼、卡牌、SLG、RPG 或概率类玩法中的一种或多种。 - 有经济系统、养成投放、商业化或概率模型设计经验。
