我们希望你： 1. 2027 届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2. 熟悉Java语言，熟悉Spring、Mybatis 等主流框架，了解 MySQL、Redis、消息队列等中间件； 3. 具备良好的问题分析解决能力，重视代码规范，拥有良好编码习惯； 4. 对数据敏感，熟悉基础算法与数据结构，追求高质量的工程实现； 5. 主动拥抱AI变革，有AIGC、AI Agent工具开发等相关AI应用经验者优先； 6. 热爱游戏，具备良好沟通协作意识，对游戏开发充满热情。
