【岗位职责】 作为算法团队对外唯一业务窗口，对接各游戏项目组（含策划、运营、程序、数据等角色），统筹多项目并行推进； 按标准对接流程组织并推动项目落地：立项评估、业务对齐、数据与 SDK 并行对接、Dry-run 验收、灰度实验、全量上线及后续迭代； 维护项目进度看板，定期输出进度、风险与阻塞事项，组织项目周会，推动项目组按节点完成交付； 负责各阶段标准交接文档的组织与归档（立项表、业务对齐纪要、联调报告、实验方案与报告、全量确认单等），确保阶段验收可追溯； 与算法工程师、数据分析师共同制定实验方案，明确核心指标、次要指标与护栏指标，以及推全、关闭、调整的决策约定； 跟踪实验进展与数据结果，完成业务解读与决策建议，推动达标策略全量落地；优先推动已验证通用策略在新项目中的复用； 具备基础数据分析能力，能够独立完成留存、付费率、ARPU/ARPPU、分层对比及实验组对照分析，并将结论转化为可执行的业务决策； 参与项目优先级评估与资源协调，识别并升级跨团队阻塞事项，持续优化对接 SOP，支撑多游戏规模化接入。

本科及以上学历，三年及以上游戏行业相关工作经验； 具备产品经理、游戏运营、商业化运营或项目管理任一完整工作经历，具备较强的跨团队协调与项目推进能力； 对捕鱼赛道有一定了解，熟悉相关玩法、经济系统及留存、付费等核心业务逻辑；有捕鱼、Slots、棋牌等同品类项目经验者优先； 对算法业务具备基本认知，了解推荐、增长、体验干预或 AB 实验等相关业务场景中至少一类；不要求具备编程或模型训练能力； 具备数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel / 飞书表格等工具，能够独立阅读并解读实验报表与业务指标； 具备良好的文档沉淀与流程管理意识，习惯使用 checklist、看板等方式管理多项目并行； 沟通表达清晰，责任心强，能够在多方协作中推动事项闭环。
