岗位职责 - 负责休闲棋牌类游戏 Unity 客户端功能的开发与维护，涵盖玩法逻辑、系统功能、UI 交互、动画与特效接入等内容。 - 充分理解产品与策划需求，参与技术方案、模块设计、编码实现、调试测试及相关技术文档编写。 - 与策划、美术、服务端及测试团队紧密协作，推动需求准确落地，保障版本按计划高质量交付。 - 关注客户端运行效率与用户体验，参与帧率、内存、资源加载、包体等方面的性能分析与优化。 - 快速定位并解决开发、测试及线上运营过程中出现的客户端问题，持续提升代码质量与项目稳定性。 - 参与 Unity 工具、编辑器扩展及自动化流程建设，提升团队研发效率。

任职要求 - 2027届本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、数字媒体技术等相关专业优先。 - 熟练掌握 C#，具备扎实的数据结构、算法、面向对象编程及软件工程基础。 - 了解 Unity 引擎及常用模块，具备课程项目、个人 Demo、比赛作品或实习中的实际使用经验。 - 具备良好的代码规范意识、调试与问题定位能力，能够清晰拆解并解决技术问题。 - 热爱游戏，对休闲棋牌、休闲竞技或小游戏产品有一定体验与理解。 - 责任心强，具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作意识。 加分项 - 有完整可演示的 Unity 游戏作品，或参与过上线项目、游戏开发实习。 - 了解 UGUI、资源管理、网络通信、客户端性能优化或常用设计模式。 - 熟悉 C/C++、Shader、动画系统、Timeline 等相关技术。 - 在游戏开发、程序设计或算法竞赛中有突出表现。
