Boldlight, a leading Danish e-commerce multi-brand, is seeking an experienced Videographer who possesses expertise in creating captivating videos that convert on social media ads. As a Videographer and Social Media Ads Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s online presence and driving engagement with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative video campaigns that align with the brand’s objectives and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for social media ad campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality videos, including product showcases, promotional videos, tutorials, and lifestyle content, optimized for various social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in video production and social media advertising.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audience preferences, interests, and behaviors.
  • Optimize video content for maximum engagement and conversions, ensuring the videos adhere to the brand’s guidelines and standards.
  • Work closely with the post-production team to edit and enhance videos, adding visual effects, motion graphics, and music where necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of video campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
  • Collaborate with influencers, models, and other talent to create compelling video content.
  • Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring its functionality and availability for shoots.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, particularly in the context of social media advertising.
  • Proven experience in producing videos for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms, their formats, targeting options, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of Danish e-commerce and multi-brand marketing trends is highly desirable.
  • Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for exploring innovative approaches in video production and social media advertising.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
