Como Coordenador de Produção, suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Coordenar supervisores, líderes e equipes de produção, definindo prioridades e acompanhando a execução das atividades.
  • Garantir o cumprimento da programação e dos prazos de produção.
  • Monitorar indicadores de produtividade, OEE, perdas, refugo, rendimento, horas extras e atendimento ao plano.
  • Identificar desvios e conduzir planos de ação para melhorar os resultados.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança dos alimentos, higiene e boas práticas de fabricação.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e dos padrões de processo.
  • Acompanhar a disponibilidade dos equipamentos e alinhar as necessidades de manutenção com a área responsável.
  • Controlar o uso de matérias-primas, embalagens, mão de obra e demais recursos da produção.
  • Atuar em conjunto com PCP, Qualidade, Manutenção, Segurança do Trabalho e outras áreas.
  • Desenvolver a equipe, orientar as lideranças e promover comunicação, engajamento e melhoria contínua.
  • Preparar e apresentar à gerência os resultados, as necessidades e os riscos da área
  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia de Alimentos, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Desejável Pós Graduação na área.
  • Experiência em coordenação ou supervisão de equipes de produção, preferencialmente em indústria de alimentos.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de indicadores, como OEE, produtividade, perdas, rendimento e cumprimento da programação.
  • Experiência em gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas e resolução de problemas operacionais.
  • Capacidade de análise, planejamento, priorização e tomada de decisão.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de melhoria contínua e Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar das 11h às 21h.
