Es erwartet Sie ein kleines, innovatives Team, welches seinen AuftraggeberInnen als zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung steht. Wir bewirtschaften Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften und erbringen Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Immobilienbewertung und \-verkauf. Wir suchen Sie: Eine teamorientierte, positive Persönlichkeit. Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufslehre ergänzt mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Immobilienbewirtschaftung. Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrungen in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung mit und sind gewohnt selbständig, strukturiert und effizient zu arbeiten. Aufgrund einer aktiven Aufgabenplanung erarbeiten Sie qualitativ hochstehende und vollständige Ergebnisse. Zusätzlich besitzen Sie folgende Eigenschaften und Kenntnisse:

  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS\-Office, Erfahrung mit Immo\-Top 2 oder die Bereitschaft, das System kennen zu lernen
  • Selbständige, exakte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind gewohnt, kunden\- und ergebnisorientiert zu arbeiten

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung der Prozesse und Aufgaben im Bereich Immobilienbuchhaltung
  • Erstellen von Jahresabschlüssen und Budgets sowie Koordination der Revisionsarbeiten
  • Bereitstellung und Versand von Eigentümerunterlagen
  • Aufnahme und Beantwortung von Eigentümeranfragen
  • Bewirtschaftung von Mietliegenschaften
  • Beauftragung und Koordination von Unterhalts\- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Führen von Korrespondenzen und Objektdossiers
  • Aufgabenplanung und Pendenzenkontrolle
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Teams
  • Koordination von und Teilnahme an Versammlungen, Protokollführung
  • Koordination und Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse und Strukturen im Bereich Immobilien\-Buchhaltung
