• Acompanhar junto aos estoquistas das filiais, o cumprimento dos procedimentos de contagens periódicas dos setores;

• Auditar os processos de controle de quebra dos setores: HORTIFRUT, PADARIA, FRIOS, AÇOUGUE E MERCEARIA;

• Aprimorar os processos de controles de estoques, levantamento de problemas localizados e coleta de sugestões;

Auditar os processos de ENTRADAS e SAÍDAS de mercadorias nas Filiais (documentação hábil e checagem de procedimentos de digitação);

• Implantar padrões de qualidade de produtos e serviços a serem considerados como QUEBRAS/PERDAS e qual a sua destinação;

• Auditar os processos de consistência de valores e quantidades dos INVENTÁRIOS MENSAIS;

• Auditar os estoques nas filiais, com geração de relatório de ocorrência;

• Supervisionar o adequado preenchimento dos relatórios de Check list (Gerencial/Operacional), inclusive seu cumprimento;

• Acompanhar in locu o funcionamento do setor de almoxarifado e seus respectivos controles nas filiais;

• Acompanhar a conferência junto aos líderes de depósito, bem como os procedimentos de recebimento de mercadorias dos fornecedores (quantidade, valor, prazo de entrega – e a conferência física: quantitativa e qualitativa dos produtos, prazo de validade, condições gerais e boa aparência);

• Controlar as saídas de mercadorias na forma de devoluções a fornecedores e trocas de mercadorias;

• Auditar a movimentação de bens do imobilizado, com relação aos procedimentos de movimentação de bens do ativo imobilizado entre filiais;

• Efetuar os procedimentos de movimentação de bens destinados a consertos e reparos para terceiros;

• Elaborar relatórios para a diretoria e demais áreas operacionais;

• Realizar inventário dos bens do ativo imobilizado, de forma periódica e anual;

• Visitar as filiais, informando as não conformidades e orientar os gerentes de loja, de modo a garantir os padrões requeridos pela Direção Geral;

• Efetuar a auditoria junto as filiais do endereçamento, planograma e dos procedimentos de Planejamento e Controle do Estoque.
