Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

Acompanhar diariamente as ocorrências do ponto eletrônico, analisando informações referentes a atrasos, abonos, faltas, atestados e etc.

Dar suporte ao processo recrutamento e seleção na unidade;

Prestar suporte para equipe de Segurança do Trabalho;

Acompanhar ações de desenvolvimento dos colaboradores;

Desenvolver atividades de apoio na unidade, com suporte para o departamento financeiro;

Executar outras tarefas pertinente ao cargo.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Ensino Técnico completo ou graduação em andamento em Administração, Contábeis ou cursos afins;
  • Experiência prévia na função ou em atividades administrativas é desejável;
  • Domínio do pacote Office, especialmente Excel em nível intermediário;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão, como o SSW;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e proatividade;
  • Capacidade de resolver problemas e trabalhar em equipe.
