ASSISTENTE ADM FINANCEIRO FATURISTA

O Assistente Financeiro é responsável por executar e monitorar as atividades financeiras da Tratorpeças, auxiliando nas atividades do setor, garantindo o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.

Responsabilidades & Atribuições

1. Abertura do caixa, diariamente;

2. Realizar o cadastro de cliente no sistema, para análise de crédito e procedimentos de vendas, diariamente;

3. Realizar a consulta ao Serasa e SPC para vendas a prazo, para aprovação do crédito, diariamente conforme vendas realizadas ou (re)vendas;

4. Gerar o faturamento das vendas e ordem de serviços, validando o financeiro, para garantir a conclusão do processo de venda em acordo com orçamentos realizados, sob demanda de venda ,

5. Preencher os contratos de reserva de domínio para as vendas a prazo;

6. Coletar e conferir documentação dos clientes referente as vendas de financiamento;

7. Transcrever para o sistema os orçamentos realizados pelos vendedores externos, quando estiverem em campo e for necessário a liberação imediata da mercadoria, para garantir o fluxo correto da atividade para constar no sistema os orçamentos realizados; sob demanda;

8. Conferir a tributação pertinente ao faturamento da nota fiscal conforme treinamento e orietação da contabilidade;

9. Emissão NF e encaminhamento para a logística, garantir a correta liberação da mercadoria, sob demanda de vendas geradas;

10. Averbação das Cargas de Mercadoria Vendidas após emissão das respectivas notas fiscais

11. Fechamento do caixa, para garantir a veracidade das informações financeiras, diariamente;

12. Conferência e fechamento do caixa dos vendedores externos, para garantir a veracidade das informações financeiras, semanalmente;

13. Gerar e enviar remessa para o banco, garantir os recebimentos conforme prazos acordados na venda; sob demanda;

14. Gerar remessa de SINTEGRA e SPEED Fiscal para a contabilidade, para apuração dos fechamentos mensais, mensalmente;

15. Entregar e prestar conta para o gerente financeiro diariamente de todas as movimentações financeiras do fechamento de caixa.

Requisitos & Qualificações Hards Skills

· Superior ou Técnico em andamento ou concluído em Administração, Ciências contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins;

· Conhecimento em Excel;

· Experiência mínima de 1 ano na função;

· Facilidade com sistemas operacionais;
