Vi leder efter en person, der har lyst til at tage ansvaret for vores butik i Rødovre

og få hverdagen til at fungere – både når der er ro, og når der er fuld fart på.

Du skal kende livet i en butik. Derfor forventer vi, at du har

solid erfaring fra detailhandlen og som minimum har været højre hånd for en

butikschef, souschef eller haft et tilsvarende ansvar.

Hos Bon Goût sælger vi lædervarer, tasker, kufferter og tilbehør,

og vi lægger stor vægt på personlig rådgivning og god service.

Kunderne skal kunne mærke, at de handler i en specialforretning,

hvor vi kender vores produkter og gør os umage.

Din hverdag hos os

Som butikschef har du ansvaret for den daglige drift. Du skal have

styr på vagtplaner, bemanding, medarbejdere, varer og salg – og kunne bevare

overblikket over de mange små og store ting, der følger med at drive en butik.

Du skal kunne lede og motivere dit team og være den, der går forrest.

Hos os er butikschefen nemlig en del af butikken. Du er med på

gulvet, taler med kunderne, rådgiver, sælger og tager fat dér, hvor der er brug for det.

Hvem er du?

Du har solid erfaring fra detail og er vant til at tage ansvar. Du

er struktureret, stabil og til at regne med, og du følger tingene til dørs.

Samtidig er du et salgsmenneske, der trives med kunder

og forstår værdien af personlig service.

Du behøver ikke have erfaring med lædervarer – det skal vi nok

lære dig. Men erfaringen fra detail og forståelsen for at drive

en god butik skal du have med dig.
