Wij zoeken een gedreven Medewerker Documentbeheer & Kwaliteit die energie haalt uit het correct beheren, opvolgen en optimaliseren van technische en kwaliteitsdocumenten. Iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt in een dynamische technische omgeving en het overzicht bewaart in complexe documentstromen.

Waar kom je terecht?

Je komt terecht binnen een technisch en kwaliteitsgedreven omgeving waar documentbeheer een cruciale rol speelt in de dagelijkse werking. Je werkt nauw samen met teams zoals Maintenance, Care en Documents en bent een belangrijke schakel in het borgen van correcte informatie en procedures.

Je ondersteunt verschillende interne processen en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit en continuïteit van technische dossiers en werkprocessen.

  • Je hebt een sterke administratieve achtergrond, bij voorkeur in een technische of industriële omgeving
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je kan goed omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van MS Office en bent snel vertrouwd met digitale klassementen
