Als consultant bij Bonache werk je mee aan uitdagende projecten bij toonaangevende bedrijven binnen industrie, pharma, voeding, utilities en logistiek. Je zorgt ervoor dat het operationele aankoopproces efficiënt verloopt en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen interne klanten en leveranciers.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

Als aankoopondersteuning ben je verantwoordelijk voor de naleving en correcte toepassing van de aankoopregels, procedures en best practices gedurende het hele aankoopproces.

  • Je verwerkt en volgt aankoopaanvragen van A tot Z op.
  • Je maakt aankooporders aan en beheert deze in ERP-systemen zoals SAP.
  • Je volgt orderbevestigingen, levertermijnen en openstaande bestellingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders om een vlotte samenwerking te garanderen.
  • Je lost leveringsproblemen en administratieve afwijkingen proactief op.
  • Je controleert facturen en volgt prijsverschillen of andere afwijkingen op.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert leveranciers- en artikelgegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je ondersteunt strategische aankopers bij administratieve en operationele taken.
  • Je stelt rapporteringen en KPI-overzichten op en analyseert aankoopgegevens.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over optimalisaties en verbeteringen binnen de aankoopprocessen.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen tijdig geïnformeerd zijn.

Welke skills breng je mee?

We zijn op zoek naar kandidaten met een bachelor diploma in bedrijfsmanagement, supply chain management, logistiek management of een vergelijkbare studierichting

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in procurement, supply chain of administratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met interne en externe contacten.
  • Je bent proactief en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel. Ervaring met SAP is een grote troef.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een plus.
