Hos oss får du en central roll nära både verksamheten och koncernledningen, där du bidrar till ökad lönsamhet, bättre beslut och långsiktig värdeskapande utveckling.

Om rollen

Som Group Business Controller blir du en del av Group Business Control och arbetar nära både Group Finance och våra affärsenheter runt om i Europa. Du rapporterar till Group Head of Business Control och ingår i ett engagerat team med tre kollegor.

Rollen kombinerar klassisk business controlling med utveckling av rapportering, processer och datadrivet beslutsstöd. Du arbetar nära verksamheten för att omvandla data till insikter och tydliga rekommendationer som stödjer strategiska och operativa beslut.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

  • Analysera och följa upp resultat, lönsamhet och verksamhetsutveckling i våra affärsenheter
  • Ta fram rapporter, analyser och beslutsunderlag till ledning och koncernfunktioner
  • Arbeta med budget, prognos och finansiell uppföljning på koncernnivå
  • Stödja våra Group Functions med analys och affärsstöd
  • Delta i och driva utveckling av processer, rapportering och styrning
  • Bidra till vår fortsatta utveckling inom Anaplan, Power BI och moderna analysverktyg

Vem vi söker

Vi söker dig som är en analytisk och affärsorienterad Business Controller med ett genuint intresse för verksamhetsstyrning, data och digitalisering.

Du har flera års erfarenhet inom Business Control eller liknande roll och är van att arbeta med finansiell analys, rapportering och modellbyggande. Du har mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och trivs med att arbeta i BI- och analysverktyg.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du:

  • Drivs av att förstå vad siffrorna betyder för affären
  • Har ett starkt intresse för system, data och digital utveckling
  • Är nyfiken, prestigelös och trivs i samarbete med andra
  • Kan omsätta komplex information till tydliga slutsatser och rekommendationer
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska

Erfarenhet från internationella organisationer är meriterande.
