Обязанности: Стратегия и управление Разрабатывать стратегию интеграции логистических ИС; Задавать стандарты работы с системами и правила взаимодействия с провайдерами; Управлять изменениями в EDI, ЭДО, 1С ERP без рисков; Анализировать требования бизнеса и управлять рисками внедрений. Проекты и EDI/ЭДО Вести проекты внедрения логистических ИС (ЭДО, 1С ERP); Управлять EDI, ЭДО, ЭТрН и контрактами с провайдерами; Строить эффективный обмен данными с клиентами и партнёрами; Обеспечивать готовность к изменениям в юридически значимом документообороте. Команда и коммуникация Управлять ключевыми пользователями логистических систем; Организовывать взаимодействие с ИТ, провайдерами и службами поддержки; Выстраивать кросс-функциональные связи (Закупки, Продажи, Логистика) и коммуникацию с головным ИТ-офисом Бондюэль. Склад и отчётность Оптимизировать складские операции и электронную обработку данных; Контролировать остатки готовой продукции на складах; Сдавать данные об остатках в центральный офис Бондюэль; Проводить анализ остатков при закрытии месяца, сверку баз и инвентаризаций. Требования: Высшее образование; Принципы и глубокое понимание производственной и складской логистики; Организация складского хозяйства, погрузочно-разгрузочных работ, приём/сдачу грузов; Организация перевозок и учёт складских остатков; Принципы EDI и обмена юридически значимыми документами; Требования к оформлению транспортной, складской, сбытовой и финансовой документации; Стандарты хранения ТМЦ; Информационные системы: 1С ERP, TMS, WMS, Контур EDI, ЭДО, Логистика; Англ.яз. - рабочий уровень.
