The posting

Til vores Business Technology-afdeling søger vi en teknisk udviklingschef med erfaring fra digital produktudvikling eller it-programledelse.

Business Technology har det tekniske ansvar for koncernen digitale platforme samt integration af de tekniske systemer, der understøtter den kommercielle og redaktionelle del af forretningen. Afdelingen består af tekniske projektledere, digitale specialister og et udviklingsteam, der arbejder tæt sammen med de kommercielle og redaktionelle afdelinger i koncernen.

Den tekniske udviklingschef er ansvarlig for processer og metoder til planlægning og styring af afdelingens drifts- og udviklingsopgaver. I tillæg til traditionelt projektarbejde skal afdelingen fremover arbejde mere med produktudvikling og planlagte feature releases. Arbejdet med implementering af dette vil have høj prioritet i 2020.

Som teknisk udviklingschef refererer du til koncernens udviklingsdirektør og har ansvar for ca. 20 medarbejdere, herunder godt halvdelen i direkte reference. Du har budgetansvar for både personale og teknisk drift. I arbejdet indgår således også en administrativ del, herunder kontraktforhandling med samarbejdspartnere og godkendelse af leverandørfakturaer.

Vi er på jagt efter en erfaren leder, der kan levere på de fleste af følgende kvalifikationer

  • Klar og tydelig afdelingsleder med stærke formidlings- og kommunikationskompetencer
  • Demonstreret erfaring med anvendelse af metoder og værktøjer til ledelse af en udviklingsorganisation, herunder statusrapportering, budgetstyring og risikohåndtering Erfaring med implementering af nye processer og metoder i større organisationer
  • Erfaring med planlægning og styring af projekter og tekniske produktplatforme på baggrund af business cases, brugerbehov, leverandøraftaler og interessenthåndtering
  • Kendskab til best practise inden for produktudvikling
  • Kendskab til best practice inden for udvikling af tekniske it-løsninger samt driftsrelaterede forhold, herunder også gerne agile metoder
  • Erfaring med håndtering af interessenter i en stor organisation og på forskellige niveauer er en fordel
