L’équipe, à taille humaine, accompagne différents types d'acteurs du monde sportif — fédérations, ligues, clubs, événements, partenaires commerciaux et athlètes — dans le développement de leur image et de leurs projets. Elle collabore avec des organisations sportives reconnues au niveau national, des partenaires institutionnels et commerciaux de premier plan, ainsi qu'avec des athlètes évoluant au plus haut niveau international.

Elle intervient également sur des rendez-vous sportifs d'envergure, couvrant diverses disciplines. L'agence propose par ailleurs des activités complémentaires liées à l'organisation d'événements sportifs.

Profil attendu

Profil

👉 +5 ans d’expérience en tant que dirigeant·e dans le marketing sportif, les médias ou en agence : connaissances et compréhension des écosystèmes sportifs et digitaux. 👉 Esprit entrepreneurial : tout aussi capable d’être opérationnel·le que stratège dans le développement de l’agence. 👉 Esprit transverse : compréhension et gestion d’un P&L, créativité, orientation résultats.

Aptitudes

👉 Capacité stratégique pour accompagner le développement de l’agence. 👉 Capacité commerciale notoire pour développer son réseau (idéalement déjà implanté). 👉 Capacité managériale éprouvée et leadership affirmé : intelligence relationnelle, émotionnelle et entregent. 👉 Aisance en anglais, l’allemand est un atout.

Les missions

1. Piloter la stratégie et la performance financière

  • Définir la vision de l'agence
  • Élaborer le plan stratégique
  • Identifier de nouveaux relais de croissance
  • Piloter le budget annuel
  • Assurer la rentabilité et les objectifs annuels définis
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI)

2. Développer l'activité commerciale et le rayonnement de l'agence

  • Développer les revenus
  • Négocier les nouveaux contrats
  • Développer de nouveaux services et marchés
  • Représenter l'agence auprès des clients, partenaires et institutions
  • Développer le réseau
  • Intervenir lors d'événements

3. Manager et fédérer les équipes

  • Encadrer l'équipe au quotidien
  • Développer les compétences des collaborateurs·trices
  • Entretenir une culture d'entreprise forte
