Nous accompagnons un acteur majeur de l’industrie du sport dans le recrutement de son·sa futur·e Directeur·trice Général·e.

L’entreprise, basée en France, emploie une trentaine de collaborateurs organisés en équipes spécialisées et bénéficie d’un budget conséquent, alloué par le groupe auquel elle appartient.

Les missions

Le rôle s’articule autour de six pôles de compétences, tels que :

  • La gestion financière et budgétaire
  • Le leadership et le management d’équipe
  • Le reporting et la relation avec le groupe

Profil attendu

Profil

👉 Double compétence technique et managériale indispensable sur ce poste ; 👉 +15 ans d’expérience dans un environnement exigeant, de performance et d’innovation (idéalement dans le secteur sportif de haut niveau).

Aptitudes techniques

👉 Analyse financière : Budget, contrôle de gestion, ROI, négociation avec les prestataires ; 👉 Stratégie de communication : Valorisation d’une marque, gestion de crise, relations médias.

👉 Leadership visionnaire : Capacité à fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires autour d’objectifs ambitieux ; 👉 Management d’équipes expertes et gestion des egos ; 👉 Résistance au stress : Capacité à gérer des situations à haute pression (délais serrés, enjeux sportifs, crises) ; 👉 Esprit d’équipe et humilité : Savoir écouter, déléguer et s’appuyer sur l’expertise des autres.
