BOOST aide les managers du monde du sport à construire l’équipe qu’il leur faut pour atteindre leurs objectifs, à travers 3 services :

  • Le recrutement et la chasse de tête
  • Le coaching de managers
  • L’outplacement

Créé en 2021 avec le statut d’entreprise à mission, BOOST a depuis accompagné plus de 150 organisations du monde du sport partout en Europe. Pour continuer de grandir et avoir le plus grand impact possible dans notre écosystème, nous cherchons des Talent Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruteurs et Recruteuses avec une connaissance de l’industrie du sport.

Voici des exemples de missions qui vous seront confiées :

1 - Cadrer et gérer des missions de recrutement

  • Contribuer à la compréhension du besoin : rôle du poste, attentes, compétences clés, définition de la scorecard
  • Construire les outils de recrutement : fiche de poste, supports de communication, outils de suivi, pages d’annonce
  • Définir une stratégie de sourcing pour cadrer la suite des recherches
  • Communiquer en interne et avec les clients pour partager de la visibilité sur l’avancée de la mission

2 - Identifier les meilleurs profils en fonction des attentes partagées

  • Identifier des candidat.e.s potentiel.le.s en utilisant des outils de recherche comme LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Contacter des profils pour leur présenter l’opportunité en question
  • Qualifier des profils : étudier le profil des candidat.e.s en fonction des attentes du client et faire un 1er filtre
  • Rencontrer des profils en entretien approfondi et débriefer de ces entretiens
  • Suivre la progression des candidat.e.s dans le process en étant attentif.ve à la qualité de leur expérience de candidature
  • Gérer le pipe de candidatures

3 - Accompagner les clients dans la prise de décision

  • Réunir l’ensemble des éléments d’aide à la prise de décision
  • Participer à la prise de décision finale

En tant que freelance chez BOOST

Vous intervenez ponctuellement sur des missions de recrutement pour accompagner l’équipe BOOST et nos clients du monde du sport. Selon les besoins, votre rôle peut couvrir différentes étapes du processus : sourcing, approche de candidats, qualification téléphonique, conduite d’entretiens ou suivi des candidatures. Vous apportez votre expertise, votre connaissance du marché et votre rigueur afin d’identifier les meilleurs profils et contribuer à la réussite des missions qui vous sont confiées.

NB : au-delà de notre expertise du recrutement, notre force vient de la connaissance approfondie de l’industrie du sport et de ses acteurs (clubs, ligues, fédérations, agences, équipementiers, médias, start-up etc.). Une expérience dans le sport ou une connaissance de cet écosystème est donc nécessaire pour intégrer notre équipe.
