The group has built the world's leading racquet sports ecosystem, bringing together academies, luxury resorts, racquet clubs, padel facilities and club partners.

Context & Recruitment Challenges

With tennis, padel & pickleball, racquet sports experiencing strong growth in the United States, Mouratoglou International is accelerating the development of its Racquet Club network, with several new club openings planned over the coming months.

Mouratoglou International is looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing development of its Racquet Club network in the US.

The main objective is to drive membership acquisition, support new club openings and build a strong brand across the American market. Beyond brand awareness, the role will focus on measurable commercial results, from lead generation and conversion to member retention.

Missions

  1. Membership Acquisition & Commercial Growth
  • Lead membership acquisition strategies for each new club, from pre-opening campaigns through to post-launch growth.
  • Define and optimize membership offers in collaboration with management, including membership packages, pre-opening offers, referral programs and corporate partnerships.
  • Develop and monitor the membership acquisition funnel across the network, driving sustainable growth in the member base.
  • Implement retention and engagement initiatives to drive renewals, member satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Work hand in hand with local teams to translate marketing initiatives into concrete sales opportunities and membership conversions.
  • Track commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion and retention at both club and network levels.
  1. 360° Marketing & Brand Development
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the Racquet Club brand in the US, ensuring consistency across the network while adapting initiatives to local markets.
  • Lead the marketing launch of each new club, coordinating pre-opening campaigns, local activation and grand opening events.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies, content creation and local community engagement for each location.
  • Drive public relations initiatives to increase local and national visibility and support the group's expansion.
  • Organize events throughout the year, including grand openings, annual celebrations, B2B events and activations with corporate partners.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and develop a compelling member experience aligned with Mouratoglou's premium positioning.
  1. Marketing Performance, Budget & Innovation
  • Manage a significant marketing budget, allocating resources according to business priorities and expected returns.
  • Monitor performance and ROI across marketing channels and club locations, using data to guide investment decisions.
  • Build scalable processes, tools and reporting systems that can be replicated across future club openings.
  • Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to improve content production, audience targeting, campaign execution and reporting efficiency.
  • Identify best practices and continuously optimize marketing initiatives to support the network's rapid growth.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
