We’re currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Meta) to join a business that is developing an AI-powered platform for creating advertising creatives and launching digital campaigns.

The product automates key stages of the digital advertising process — from creating ad creatives to launching and optimizing campaigns. It enables businesses to test advertising ideas faster, launch more campaigns, and identify which creatives perform best with their audiences.

What will be your focus:

  • Launch Meta UA end-to-end: strategy, launch, optimization, scaling.
  • Test new funnels, conduct experiments.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience running Meta ads for a B2C product.
  • Have a proven track record of scaling UA budgets profitably (ROAS/CAC/LTV targets).
  • Have strong analytics skills: cohorts, payback, LTV.

Will be a plus if you:

  • Have experience launching UA from scratch and finding first scalable campaigns.
  • Have hands-on creative testing experience and can provide structured feedback to the creative team.
  • Have experience testing funnels.
