The posting

Als kinderbegeleider sta je mee in voor de dagelijkse opvang, verzorging en begeleiding van jonge kinderen.

  • Je zorgt voor een warme en veilige omgeving waarin kinderen zich goed voelen en zich kunnen ontwikkelen.
  • Je begeleidt kinderen in hun spel en stimuleert hun ontplooiing en zelfstandigheid.
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse verzorging (eten geven, verschonen, rustmomenten, …).
  • Je onderhoudt een positieve en open communicatie met ouders en collega’s.
  • Je draagt samen met het team bij tot een kindvriendelijke en huiselijke sfeer in het kinderdagverblijf.

Vereisten voor deze job:

  • Je bent gemotiveerd en enthousiast en hebt een hart voor kinderen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar werkt ook graag en vlot samen in team.
  • Je bent creatief, geduldig en betrokken.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en stelt het kind steeds centraal.
  • Je creëert een warm, kindvriendelijk en stimulerend klimaat.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met ouders en draagt met je open houding bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.

Diploma en ervaring

  • De juiste studies gevolgd hebben, minimaal 7de jaar Kinderzorg of gelijkgesteld aan 7de jaar kinderzorg.
  • Minstens 21 jaar oud
  • Ervaring in een kinderdagverblijf is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan een bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden (model 2) voorleggen.
  • Je beschikt over een attest EHBO baby's en peuters
