GEOINT Imagery Analyst

The Opportunity:

With cloud-based tools, faster GPUs, and the explosion of connected devices, geospatial data has more potential than ever. We’re looking for a skilled geospatial and remote sensing analyst who can turn that data into valuable information. If that sounds like you, we have an opportunity for you to use your geospatial analysis skills to transform our armed forces operating in the USPACOM AOR.

As a geospatial and remote sensing analyst at Booz Allen, you’ll work with a team of GEOINT analysts to extract meaning and context from geospatial and imagery data sources. Using resources like iSpy and SOCET GXP, you’ll develop new ways to find the patterns and connections to answer our Army's needs.

On our team, you’ll also use your skills to leverage satellite and airborne electro-optical, synthetic aperture radar, and infrared remote sensing solutions, and you’ll help analyze satellite-derived data to assess meaning and potential intent. You’ll use uniquely designed geospatial solutions for priorities like infrastructure, topography, human geography, and intelligence. Your visualization skills will come in handy as you apply standards such as ICD 203 and ICD 206 to build formal reports, structured observations, imagery-derived products, and enriched objects to ensure warfighters and commanders have the timely information they need.

We focus on growing as a team, so we’ll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop workflows. This is an opportunity to strengthen your experience in object-based production, automated workflows, and ATR solutions while developing products to improve geospatial conveyance.

Work with us as we turn data into knowledge to inform decisionmakers and support warfighters.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience exploiting NTM EO, SAR, and IR imagery using exploitation tools such as Remote View, SOCET GXP, and iSpy
  • Experience using GEOINT Analysis and Production tools such as Orchestration Services, MARS, Maven Smart System, Fade Mist, Thresher, or Bohdi
  • Experience authoring and conducting peer review or quality control (QC) of first or second phase GEOINT reports consistent with ICD 203 and ICD 206
  • Experience presenting GEOINT findings and recommendations to senior leadership through mission‑tailored briefings, decision‑support products, and concise analytic summaries
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet mission requirements
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience working in a professional work environment, Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience working in a professional work environment, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience working in a professional work environment

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with the USPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)
  • Experience working in an COCOM such as CENTCOM, EUCOM, PACOM, or AFRICOM
  • Experience with Structured Observation Management (SOM)
  • Experience leveraging automation or advanced analytics such as AI/ML, CV, or ATR to enhance imagery exploitation efficiency and accuracy
  • Experience with military service such as MOS, AFSC, or NOS granting Imagery Analysis course
  • GEOINT Professional Certification, including Fundamentals (F) or Imagery Analyst Level II (IA-II) Certifications

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
