You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering
- Experience developing technical solutions leveraging existing defense and commercial technologies to address mission needs for Army, Navy, and USMC
- Experience supporting defense captures, shaping technical solutions to meet critical government needs and developing technical solutioning materials for shaping engagements with clients
- Experience authoring technical volumes, solution narratives, or written proposal artifacts
- Experience supporting DoW clients across Army, Navy, or Marine Corps missions
- Ability to develop technical solution briefings by leveraging solutions catalogs, slick sheets, and capability demos to shape delivery of solutions that are applicable to client mission use cases
- Ability to collaborate across capture, pricing, partner, and account leadership to deliver integrated solutions under deadline
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM field or 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering field in the military in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Knowledge of rapid prototyping and high-speed acquisition environments
- Knowledge of multi-domain operations and joint warfighting concepts
- Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a technical field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
