Twoja rola

Jako Hardware Architect Engineer będziesz odpowiadać za zarządzanie wymaganiami sprzętowymi klienta oraz przekładanie ich na szczegółowe wymagania produktowe, architekturę systemu i strategię testowania. Będziesz pracować nad nowoczesnymi falownikami, jednostkami sterującymi (ECU) oraz ładowarkami pokładowymi dla pojazdów elektrycznych i hybryd plug-in.

Dołączysz do międzynarodowego, interdyscyplinarnego zespołu rozwijającego najnowsze technologie dla rynku automotive.

Twoje obowiązki

  • Analiza wymagań hardware’owych interesariuszy oraz współpraca z klientami i zespołami wewnętrznymi.
  • Rozkładanie wymagań na bloki architektoniczne, interfejsy I/O oraz wymagania systemowe dla zespołów Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Validation i Manufacturing.
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji Product Definition Document oraz zarządzanie zmianami projektowymi.
  • Definiowanie wymagań dla oprogramowania testowego embedded.
  • Opracowywanie planów testów funkcjonalnych oraz definiowanie stanowisk i środowisk testowych.
  • Przeprowadzanie funkcjonalnych testów sprzętowych.
  • Wsparcie techniczne dla walidacji środowiskowej oraz badań kompatybilności elektromagnetycznej (EMC).
  • Współpraca z zakładem produkcyjnym przy wdrażaniu zmian produkcyjnych.
  • Wsparcie programów testowych i walidacyjnych realizowanych przez klientów.
  • Udział w analizie problemów technicznych i działaniach naprawczych.

Kogo szukamy?

  • Absolwenta studiów magisterskich na kierunku Elektronika, Elektrotechnika lub pokrewnym.
  • Osoby posiadającej doświadczenie w elektronice motoryzacyjnej, e-Mobility (Hardware) lub zbliżonym obszarze.
  • Kandydata z dobrą znajomością systemów wbudowanych (embedded systems).
  • Osoby posiadającej doświadczenie w stosowaniu metodologii rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Kandydata o bardzo dobrych umiejętnościach komunikacyjnych.
  • Mile widziana znajomość AIAG/VDA FMEA oraz normy ISO 26262.
  • Osoby potrafiącej myśleć globalnie, nie tracąc uwagi do szczegółów.
  • Kandydata biegle posługującego się językiem angielskim. Znajomość języka niemieckiego lub francuskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.

Proces rekrutacyjny

  • Rozmowa techniczna (1-1,5 godziny) - Jedno lub dwa spotkania prowadzone w języku angielskim z managerem oraz członkiem zespołu. Na tym etapie skupiamy się na ocenie wiedzy technicznej i umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów. Rozmowa może odbyć się online lub w naszym biurze.
  • Spotkanie końcowe (ok. 45 minut) - Rozmowa z przedstawicielem działu HR dotycząca dopasowania do organizacji oraz omówienia kolejnych kroków procesu.
