Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
  • Organisation und Planung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung im Recruiting
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen
  • Erstellung von Arbeits- und Zwischenzeugnissen
  • Pflege von Personaldaten und Personalakten
  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des HR-Teams

Dein Profil

  • Studierende (m/w/d) des Fachbereichs Betriebswirtschaft, Soziologie oder Psychologie und vergleichbare, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Verwaltung, Personal, Administration wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel, Word und PowerPoint
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
  • Verfügbarkeit: 1-2 Tage/Woche über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 5 Monaten
