Har du lyst til en alsidig rolle, hvor du er med til at sikre gode rammer for kollegerne på tværs af BEOF?

Vi søger en Facility Manager, der får ansvaret for den daglige drift og vedligeholdelse af vores bygninger, udearealer, faciliteter og bilpark.

Du bliver en vigtig del af arbejdet med at sikre, at vores arbejdspladser fungerer i det daglige, og at vores fysiske rammer er velfungerende, sikre og indbydende. Rollen har en bred kontaktflade, og du vil samarbejde med både kolleger, ledere og eksterne leverandører.

Dine primære opgaver

  • Tilsyn med bygninger, tekniske installationer og udearealer
  • Drift, administration og optimering af BEOFs bilpark med cirka 55 biler og 35 anhængere
  • Planlægning og koordinering af vedligeholdelsesopgaver og mindre reparationer
  • Kontakt til håndværkere, serviceleverandører og øvrige eksterne samarbejdspartnere
  • Koordinering og opfølgning på rengøringsleverancer på vores forskellige lokationer
  • Opfølgning på serviceaftaler og lovpligtige eftersyn
  • Praktiske facility-opgaver på tværs af organisationen
  • Bidrage til, at vores arbejdspladser fremstår sikre, velfungerende og indbydende
