Descripción del empleo

Proceso de Comercio Exterior:

-Elaborar documentación aduanal de Importación Temporal y Definitiva: (Materia Prima, Maquinaria, Equipo y herramental, Materiales peligrosos, Materiales indirectos).

-Elaborar documentación aduanal de Exportación: (Producto Terminado, Materia Prima, Maquinaria y Equipo, Materiales Indirectos, Materiales peligrosos, Desperdicio).

-Elaborar documentación aduanal de Importación y Exportación Virtual: (Materia Prima, Maquinaria, Equipo y herramental, Producto Terminado, Desperdicio).

-Elaborar documentación aduanal de cambios de régimen: (Materia Prima, Maquinaria, Equipo y herramental).

-Elaborar documentación aduanal de Regularizaciones.

Programas de Comercio Exterior:

-Registrar, Monitorear y Mantener las importaciones y exportaciones en el sistema de control de inventarios aduanal.

-Realizar controles internos comparando la información en nuestro sistema de control de inventarios contra la GLOSA de la Administración General de Aduanas (AGA) de manera mensual.

-Integrar y mantener el archivo físico y electrónico de las importaciones y exportaciones.

-Elaborar y analizar reportes aduanales.

-Analizar y comprobar el correcto pago de pedimentos.

-Identificar y Monitorear el inventario del activo fijo en Planta.

-Ejecutar la correcta aplicación de preferencias arancelarias y programas de fomento. (IMMEX, PROSEC, Regla Octava, Empresa Certificada, Revisión en Origen).

-Elaborar y entregar avisos de submaquila a dependencias de gobierno.

-Recabar y proporcionar información para el Agente Aduanal.

-Dar mantenimiento a las bases de datos los diferentes sistemas aduanales.

-Proporcionar soporte aduanal a los clientes y externos internos.

-Recabar y analizar la información para el cumplimiento de los programas OEA y CTPAT.

-Ejecutar auditorías a los procesos internos de la operación aduanal.

Requisitos

Educación: Licenciatura Comercio Internacional, Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales.

Experiencia laboral: 3 años de experiencia en trabajos similares como mínimo.
