Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sie beraten Heizungsfachbetriebe, planende Stellen und Bautragende umfassend zu technischen und kommerziellen Themen unseres Buderus Produktportfolios.
  • Mit Ihrem Engagement pflegen und entwickeln Sie bestehende Kundenbeziehungen sowie gewinnen aktiv neue Kundschaft, um unseren Marktanteil kontinuierlich zu steigern.
  • Außerdem entwickeln und realisieren Sie Maßnahmen, die Kundschaft und Interessentinnen bzw. Interessenten für unsere regionalen sowie überregionalen Schulungsprogramme begeistern.
  • Sie beobachten Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundenentwicklungen in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet. Relevante Trends, Chancen und Risiken geben Sie proaktiv an Führungskräfte sowie das Kollegium weiter und leiten daraus konkrete Vertriebs- sowie Handlungsempfehlungen zur Geschäftsentwicklung ab
  • Die Marke Buderus repräsentieren Sie souverän und überzeugend auf regionalen sowie überregionalen Messen und Veranstaltungen.
  • Sie pflegen und entwickeln Kundenstammdaten sowie vertriebsrelevante Informationen in den entsprechenden Systemen.
  • Nicht zuletzt unterstützen Sie Fachhandwerker:innen mit Ihrer technischen Expertise bei der Auswahl sowie Vermarktung moderner Heizungs- und Klimalösungen und stehen ihnen als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in zur Verfügung.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im SHK-Bereich, beispielsweise als Anlagenmechaniker:in, Heizungsbauer:in, Meister:in, Techniker:in oder Versorgungstechniker:in, oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit nachweislicher Berufserfahrung im Heizungsbau oder der Heizungsbranche
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Heizungs-, SHK- oder Wärmepumpenbranche; fundierte technische Kenntnisse moderner Heizungs- und Systemtechnik; Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Heizungsfachbetrieben und dem Fachhandwerk; idealerweise Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder Außendienst innerhalb der SHK-Branche; gute Markt- und Wettbewerbskenntnisse im Bereich Heizungs- und Klimatechnik
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Sie überzeugen durch Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und handeln stets kundenorientiert; mit hoher Eigenmotivation und einem ausgeprägten Erfolgswillen verfolgen Sie konsequent Ihre Vertriebsziele; darüber hinaus denken Sie unternehmerisch, erkennen Marktchancen frühzeitig und nutzen diese proaktiv; eine zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verbindlichkeit sowie ein klarer Fokus auf Ergebnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
