En Bosch Power Tools buscamos un(a) Gestor(a) de Marca apasionado(a) por la estrategia, el análisis de negocio y el desarrollo de portafolios de productos. Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia de crecimiento de categorías, identificar oportunidades de mercado y fortalecer el posicionamiento de nuestras soluciones para profesionales y usuarios finales.

¿Qué harás?

  • Gestionar el portafolio de productos Power Tools asignado.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento, posicionamiento y rentabilidad.
  • Analizar tendencias de mercado, competencia y comportamiento del consumidor.
  • Liderar lanzamientos de nuevos productos y campañas de activación.
  • Desarrollar planes comerciales en conjunto con los equipos de Ventas y Trade Marketing.
  • Gestionar forecast, inventarios y estrategias de demanda.
  • Elaborar análisis financieros y monitorear indicadores de desempeño.
  • Coordinar proyectos con equipos regionales y globales.
  • Impulsar iniciativas para fortalecer la participación de mercado y el crecimiento del negocio.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia minima de 3 años en cargos como; Product Management, Brand Management, Category Management o Marketing.
  • Conocimiento en análisis de mercado, negocio, gestión de portafolio y estrategias comerciales.
  • Experiencia en empresas de consumo durable, herramientas eléctricas, construcción, manufactura, industrial o sectores afines.
  • Deseable experiencia trabajando con distribuidores, retail, home centers y canales especializados.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado y herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (B2).
  • Alta capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y pensamiento estratégico.
