Stellenbeschreibung

Du möchtest die Zukunft der technischen Aus- und Weiterbildung mitgestalten und dabei wertvolle Einblicke in innovative Projekte gewinnen? Bei uns übernimmst du von Tag eins an Verantwortung und bringst deine Ideen ein, um Lernprozesse zu optimieren.

  • Während deines Praktikums unterstützt du die Einführung eines modernen Ausbildungsmanagementsystems und erhältst dabei Einblicke in die Projektarbeit.
  • Du bringst dich bei der Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse ein und treibst deren Automatisierung voran.
  • Darüber hinaus betreust du die Konzeption und Optimierung unserer Technik-Workshops, beispielsweise zu Robotik, vernetzter Fertigung oder Mechatronik, und gestaltest so die technische Weiterbildung unserer Fachkräfte mit.
  • Nicht zuletzt begleitest du unsere Mitarbeiterinitiative, die sich mit den Themen Mensch, Digitalisierung sowie Nachhaltigkeit auseinandersetzt und bereicherst so unsere Firmenkommunikation und -kultur.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: dir gelingt es, komplexe Sachverhalte klar zu vermitteln; du bringst dich mit hohem Engagement ein, organisierst deine Aufgaben vorausschauend, schätzt die Abwechslung in deinen Aufgaben und arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch

Dauer: 5 - 6 Monate (ausschließlich Pflichtpraktikum gem. SPO möglich)

Voraussetzung für das Praktikum ist die Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule. Bitte füge deiner Bewerbung deinen Lebenslauf, deinen aktuellen Notenspiegel, eine aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung, deine Prüfungsordnung sowie ggf. eine gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis bei.
