The plant in Hatvan founded in 1998 and the largest production centre in the world for the Bosch Group's automotive electronics division. The company's main profile is the series production of control electronics, sensors, radars and camera systems for the future products of the Group's Mobility Solutions business. Job Description

In this position, you will provide professional support in one or more of the following technology areas:

  • Paste printing and dispensing processes
  • Bonding processes
  • Automated material handling processes using robotic/gantry systems
  • Automated chip placement

Further responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of and provide technical support for dedicated manufacturing processes
  • Optimize manufacturing processes, reduce cycle times, and increase equipment availability
  • Develop and implement measures to reduce scrap and improve yield
  • Define specifications for new equipment and technologies, manage supplier selection, and coordinate installation and sample production
  • Support SOP ramp-up and provide technical support during series production
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting in case of equipment or process failures
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing or machine-building environment
  • Both manufacturing- and design-oriented mindset
  • Fluent/business-level English
  • Structured thinking, assertiveness, and a strong can-do attitude
