Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Laboratório e P&D Pleno com forte atuação em Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento, que seja protagonista na criação, melhoria e validação de produtos. Procuramos um perfil com pensamento crítico, autonomia técnica e visão analítica, capaz de conduzir projetos com responsabilidade e propor soluções inovadoras.Essa pessoa terá papel fundamental no desenvolvimento de formulações, testes laboratoriais e suporte técnico às áreas produtivas e regulatórias.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Desenvolver e otimizar formulações de produtos (cosméticos, perfumaria e/ou higiene pessoal);Conduzir testes físico-químicos, estabilidade, compatibilidade e desempenho de produtos;Elaborar e revisar protocolos de desenvolvimento e relatórios técnicos;Avaliar matérias-primas e fornecedores sob o ponto de vista técnico;Apoiar na investigação de desvios, não conformidades e melhorias de processo;Participar da transferência de tecnologia do laboratório para a produção;Atuar na validação de processos e suporte técnico às áreas de qualidade e produção;Garantir rastreabilidade e organização dos registros laboratoriais;Acompanhar tendências de mercado, inovação e novas tecnologias;Interagir com áreas multidisciplinares (qualidade, regulatório, produção e compras).Preparar e organizar a documentação técnica necessária para regularização de produtos junto à ANVISA (notificação e/ou registro);Acompanhar processos regulatórios, garantindo conformidade com as normas vigentes aplicáveis a cosméticos, perfumaria e produtos de higiene pessoal;Atuar em conjunto com a área regulatória na elaboração de dossiês técnicos, fichas de segurança, especificações e rotulagem.Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior completa em Química, Farmácia, Engenharia Química ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia em laboratório com foco em P&D;Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de formulações e testes laboratoriais;Familiaridade com processos de notificação/registro de produtos cosméticos na ANVISA;Conhecimento em boas práticas de laboratório (BPL) e/ou fabricação (BPF);Conhecimento em análise físico-química e estudos de estabilidade;Pacote Office intermediário (principalmente Excel);Boa capacidade analítica, organização e documentação técnica. Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisExperiência sólida em desenvolvimento de produtos cosméticos ou perfumaria;Vivência com escala piloto e industrial (transferência de processo);Experiência prática na submissão de processos regulatórios e interação com a ANVISA;Conhecimento em regulamentações aplicáveis (RDCs de cosméticos);Experiência com validação de métodos e processos;Perfil investigativo e forte habilidade de resolução de problemas;Capacidade de conduzir projetos com autonomia;Experiência com gestão de múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.
