Als Einkäufer:in in unserem Team bist du verantwortlich für die termingerechte Versorgung unserer Zentrallager in der Schweiz, Frankreich und Dänemark. Du bearbeitest Bestellungen, pflegst Lieferantenbeziehungen und hältst unsere Daten aktuell – damit alles zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist.

Deine Aufgaben* *????

  • Verantwortung für die optimale Verfügbarkeit von Waren und Dienstleistungen unter Berücksichtigung der Ziele und der aktuellen Beschaffungsmarktsituation
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Bestellungen, Auftragsbestätigungen, Offerten und Mahnungen, sowie Bedarfsmeldungen und Reklamationswesen
  • Weiterentwicklung einer optimalen Lieferantenbasis und \-beziehung
  • Aktualisierung der Lieferanten\- und Artikeldaten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern der Tochterfirmen innerhalb Europas (Verkauf, Qualität, Engineering, Sortimentsteam)
  • Teilnahme an Lieferantenbesuchen

Dein Profil* *????

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
  • Vorzugsweise Weiterbildung in der Beschaffung (z.B. eidg. dipl. Einkaufsfachmann/frau)
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf oder AVOR/Disposition, vorzugsweise im internationalen Umfeld
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine analytische Vorgehensweise
  • Zielorientierte, eigenverantwortliche und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • IT\-Affinität mit sehr guten MS\-Office\-Kenntnissen; Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
