In dieser zentralen sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Warenflüsse stimmen. Du prüfst Rechnungen, hältst Daten aktuell und bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Wareneingang, Verkauf und Spediteuren. Dein Einsatz macht den Unterschied!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erfassung, Aufbereitung und Kontrolle der Warenrechnungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten
  • Zahlungsfreigaben
  • Ansprechperson für Einkauf, Wareneingang, Verkauf und Spediteure
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Ferienvertretung: Während rund 10 Wochen pro Jahr übernimmst du ein erhöhtes Pensum von 80 \- 100 %, um das Team in dieser Zeit optimal zu unterstützen

Das bringst du mit

  • 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Büro\-Umfeld, kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC\-Anwendungen und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenflair
  • Speditives und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Flexibilität, Teamgeist und eine positive Grundeinstellung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein gutes Kommunikationsverhalten
