Vi søger engagerede, uddannede og fagligt stærke pædagogiske medarbejdere som vikar til vores bosteder.

Er du uddannet pædagog og vil du arbejde tæt med voksne med autisme og sætte din faglighed i spil i et trygt og struktureret miljø?

Om stillingen

Hos Bosted Danmark arbejder vi med borgere med autisme i et specialpædagogisk bo- og dagtilbud. Vi driver fire bosteder i og omkring Haslev, alle beliggende i naturskønne omgivelser tæt på både motorvej og stationen i Haslev. Du bliver en del af et lille team omkring én beboer, hvor der er fokus på:

- Tryghed og stabilitet

- Struktur og forudsigelighed

- Udvikling gennem nærvær og relation

Vi arbejder ud fra en low arousal-tilgang samt principperne i TEACCH, visuel og struktureret pædagogik.

Vi tilbyder

− 13-timers vagter (11 timer for nattevagter)

− Startløn for professionsbacheloruddannede på 218 kr./timen

Vi forventer

- Er uddannet indenfor pædagogik (anden relevant uddannelse og erfaring kan også komme i betragtning)

- Er engageret og har lyst til at gøre en forskel

- Har fokus på nærvær og relationer i arbejdet med beboerne

- Kan arbejde struktureret og anerkendende

- Har kørekort (kategori B) og kan fremvise straffeattest ved ansættelse
