Tu es passionné(e) par les nouvelles technologies, tu es à l’aise en bricolage et en multimédia, tu as le sens pédagogique et tu souhaites mettre tes compétences au service des autres tout en te déplaçant dans la région ? Alors rejoins B'dom, la filiale du groupe HTM (Boulanger, Electro Dépôt, Lokéo...), et contribues à simplifier le quotidien numérique de nos clients partout en France !

Qui sommes-nous ?

Spécialiste des services à la personne à domicile dans le domaine des nouvelles technologies, B'dom accompagne ses clients depuis plus de 10 ans. Nos experts interviennent pour installer, former et assurer la maintenance des équipements connectés, permettant à chacun de profiter pleinement de ses appareils.

Tes missions

En tant qu’expert informatique et multimédia en CDD de 7 mois (renouvelable et possibilité de CDI), tu seras le référent et l’installateur technologique de nos clients particuliers et professionnels à Strasbourg et ses alentours. Voici les tâches que tu seras amené à effectuer :

  • Installer et configurer des écrans : téléviseurs (comprenant la fixation murale en s’adaptant aux différentes typologies de murs)
  • Former et conseiller les utilisateurs pour qu’ils deviennent autonomes avec l’utilisation quotidienne de leurs produits multimédias.
  • Réparer et dépanner : étendre la durée de vie des appareils et la satisfaction des utilisateurs en apportant des conseils d’utilisation et d’entretien.
  • Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions sur mesure.

Qualifications

  • Tu es passionné(e) par les nouvelles technologies : OS des téléviseurs, Windows, Android, iOS, objets connectés… rien ne te fait peur.
  • Tu as une bonne condition physique : porter des charges lourdes (comme les téléviseurs) fait partie du job.
  • Tu as des notions en typologie de murs : brique, placo, béton... tu sais t’adapter et trouver des solutions pratiques.
  • Une expérience en SAV ou formation informatique serait idéale mais non exigée.
  • Tu es autonome, pédagogue et à l’aise avec les clients.
  • Tu es motivé(e) par le travail de terrain et les missions variées.
