Zur Verstärkung unseres operativen Managementteams stellen wir, ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung, eine Filialleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit!

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliches Management Deiner Filiale inklusive Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts und Führung Deines Teams
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Verkauf und Unterstützung Deines Teams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Personaleinsatzplanung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter/innen
  • Verantwortung für Warenbestellung, Warendisposition und Lagerbestände
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe sowie Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards
  • Verantwortung für eine stets ansprechende Waren- und Ladenpräsentation
  • Aktive Kundenbetreuung und Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Marketingmaßnahmen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position in der Gastronomie, Lebensmittelbranche oder im Bäckerhandwerk
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
  • Erfahrung in der Personalführung und -entwicklung
  • Optimalerweise: Fundierte Barista-Kenntnisse
  • Hands-On Mentalität, Organisationstalent und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Zahlenaffinität und sicherer Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
  • Leidenschaft für echten Genuss & qualitativ hochwertige Produkte
