Responsibilities

  • Assist residents in accessing various resources and services that promote well-being.
  • Organize and participate in community events and workshops aimed at educating residents.
  • Provide support for program activities, including tutoring, job readiness training, and health fairs.
  • Facilitate communication between residents and staff, ensuring a clear understanding of available services.
  • Help create a welcoming environment for residents by engaging in positive interactions and offering assistance as needed.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback from residents to help improve services provided.
  • Support staff in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing records.

Requirements

  • A genuine desire to serve the community and help others in need.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with diverse populations.
  • Basic organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to commit a consistent number of hours each week for at least three months.
  • Experience or background in social services, education, or community engagement is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
