Bij Bouw met Staal in Oostrozebeke maken we staalconstructies op maat, van ontwerp tot montage. Onze familiale KMO groeit en telt intussen twee bedrijven.

We zoeken een financieel medewerker met boekhoudkundige ervaring en analytisch inzicht. Je houdt de financiële administratie op orde, duikt in onze projectresultaten en helpt onze werking slimmer maken.

Jouw functie

Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerders en stemt af met ons externe boekhoudkantoor en sociaal secretariaat.

  • Je boekt aankoopfacturen in en koppelt ze aan het juiste bedrijf en project.
  • Je punt het financieel dagboek af, zet betalingsbestanden klaar en volgt openstaande facturen op, inclusief betalingsherinneringen aan klanten.
  • Je bereidt afsluitingen, btw-aangiftes en lonen voor, samen met onze externe partners.
  • Je verwerkt werkuren, werkbonnen en gegevens over laserwerk voor een correcte nacalculatie en voorbereiding van de projectfacturatie.
  • Je analyseert projectkosten en rendement, legt verbanden tussen beide bedrijven en bespreekt je inzichten met de zaakvoerders.
  • Je brengt structuur, verbetert processen en denkt mee over financiële en fiscale vragen, in overleg met het boekhoudkantoor.

We werken met Admisol en Geodynamics. Kennis van deze pakketten is een plus, geen vereiste.
