BOWERS® zoekt een technisch sterke Operationeel Directeur die als rechterhand van de Algemeen Directeur de uitvoerende organisatie aanstuurt.

We realiseren totaalrenovaties, installaties en maatwerk met eigen vakmensen, zonder onderaannemers. Je beschikt over een brede bouwtechnische expertise en een grondige kennis van residentiële technieken, waaronder elektriciteit, sanitair, verwarming en ventilatie.

Je overziet onze renovatieprojecten van ruwbouw tot afwerking en bewaakt de technische kwaliteit, planning en rendabiliteit.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Leidinggeven aan werfleiders en uitvoerende teamsJe stuurt onze werfleiders aan, ondersteunt hen bij technische uitdagingen en neemt indien nodig zelf de leiding over een werf.
  • Planning en organisatieJe bewaakt de uitvoeringsplanning, personeelscapaciteit en voortgang van onze projecten.
  • Technische opvolgingJe beoordeelt technische vraagstukken, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen de verschillende bouw- en installatiedisciplines.
  • RendabiliteitJe volgt werkuren, materiaalverbruik en uitvoeringskosten op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • ProcesverbeteringJe optimaliseert werkmethodes, interne processen en de samenwerking tussen onze teams.
  • ManagementJe werkt rechtstreeks samen met de Algemeen Directeur en denkt mee over technische investeringen, personeelsbehoeften en de verdere groei van BOWERS®.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Brede bouwtechnische expertiseJe beschikt over een grondige kennis van residentiële renovatieprojecten. Je bent bij voorkeur burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur in een bouwkundige of technische richting, of beschikt over een gelijkwaardig niveau door uitgebreide praktijkervaring.
  • Grondige kennis van residentiële installatietechniekenJe hebt een sterke technische kennis van elektriciteit, sanitair, verwarming, ventilatie en duurzame technieken. Je begrijpt de werking, technische vereisten en onderlinge samenhang van deze installaties en kunt de uitvoering inhoudelijk beoordelen.
  • Ervaring in werf- en teamleidingJe hebt ervaring met het aansturen van werfleiders, projectverantwoordelijken of technische teams. Je beschikt daarnaast over voldoende praktijkervaring om zelfstandig een residentiële renovatiewerf te leiden, technische beslissingen te nemen en de verschillende uitvoerende disciplines te coördineren.
  • Organisatorisch en strategisch inzichtJe behoudt het overzicht over meerdere projecten en teams, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en denkt verder dan de dagelijkse uitvoering.
  • Analytisch en resultaatgerichtJe hebt inzicht in planning, kostenbeheersing en rendement. Je analyseert problemen, neemt zelfstandig beslissingen en werkt doelgericht aan oplossingen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardighedenJe communiceert duidelijk en werkt vlot samen met verschillende afdelingen. Je weet mensen te verbinden en zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken worden nageleefd.
  • Ondernemende en hands-on mentaliteitJe neemt initiatief, ziet kansen om de organisatie te verbeteren en voelt je even comfortabel tijdens een managementoverleg als bij het aansturen van een werf.
