✅ Digitale Kundenprojekte steuern Von Onboarding bis Go-live behältst Du Termine, Aufgaben und Fortschritte im Blick. ✅ Schnittstelle zwischen Mensch & Technik Du koordinierst Kunden, Partner und interne Teams und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Austausch. ✅ Anforderungen verstehen & strukturieren Du übersetzt Kundenwünsche in klare Aufgaben für unsere Fachbereiche. ✅ Technische Themen begleiten Du analysierst Fragestellungen, erkennst Zusammenhänge und bringst die richtigen Expert:innen zusammen. ✅ Daten und Systeme im Blick behalten Du prüfst Auffälligkeiten, identifizierst Probleme und unterstützt bei der Lösungsfindung. ✅ Meetings vorbereiten & moderieren Du organisierst Kundentermine, hältst Ergebnisse fest und treibst offene Themen voran. ✅ Risiken früh erkennen Du sprichst Herausforderungen offen an und findest gemeinsam passende Lösungen. ✅ Veränderungen koordinieren Bei neuen Anforderungen stimmst Du die nächsten Schritte mit Kunden und Teams ab. ✅ Prozesse verbessern Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und hilfst dabei, unsere Projektarbeit kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Dein Profil

  • Interesse an Technologie, Digitalisierung, Software oder IoT
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, z. B. durch Studium, Ausbildung, Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Berufseinstieg
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Freude an Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) Optimale Ergänzung wäre (kein Muss) ⭐ Erfahrung mit Kunden- oder IT-Projekten ⭐ Kenntnisse in IoT, SaaS, APIs oder Softwareentwicklung ⭐ Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence ⭐ Grundkenntnisse in Python oder anderen Skriptsprachen ⭐ Technisches Verständnis für Hardware, Bluetooth oder Positionierungstechnologien
