Boxholms kommun söker en socialsekreterare som vill driva omställningen mot en mer tillgänglig, förebyggande och hållbar socialtjänst – med den nya socialtjänstlagen som grund. Hos oss får du inte bara ett jobb – du får möjlighet att påverka på riktigt. Om rollen Som socialsekreterare på vuxenenheten arbetar du med myndighetsutövning för vuxna med skadligt bruk och beroende, socialpsykiatri samt ekonomiskt bistånd. Du har också en viktig roll i att bidra till och utveckla kvaliteten i verksamhetens arbete. I uppdraget ingår bland annat att: Utreda och bedöma behov av insatser enligt SoL samt våld i nära relation ViNR. Bedöma och handlägga ärenden enligt LVM Handlägga ärenden gällande försörjningsstöd/ekonomiskt bistånd och vägen mot egen försörjning Samverka nära med andra aktörer, både internt och externt Aktivt bidra till att utveckla och förbättra kvaliteten i verksamheten samt i arbetssätt och processer Aktivt bidra i utvecklings- och förändringsarbete kopplat till den nya socialtjänstlagen

Vi står inför en omställning där förebyggande arbete, tillgänglighet och helhetssyn blir ännu viktigare – och du får vara med och forma hur det ska se ut i praktiken. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som är utbildad socionom eller har annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Du ska ha erfarenhet från myndighetsutövning inom åtminstone ett av de tre områdena. Du har gärna erfarenhet av arbete inom skadligt bruk och beroende, socialpsykiatri eller ekonomiskt bistånd – men viktigast är ditt engagemang och din vilja att utvecklas tillsammans med oss. Körkort är ett krav för tjänsten. Du är: Trygg i din myndighetsroll, möta människor i olika situationer, och i att göra bedömningar, att fatta beslut och att arbeta i en politiskt styrd organisation Strukturerad, ansvarstagande och professionell samt förmåga till självledarskap Engagerad i att utveckla och förbättra kvaliteten i arbetet och bidra till verksamhetens utveckling Nyfiken, lösningsfokuserad och öppen för nya arbetssätt Duktig på att uttrycka dig i svenska språket, i tal och i skrift Intresserad av förändringsarbete, samt omvärldsbevakning och vill bidra till utveckling
