Deine Aufgaben

* Du kontaktierst Kund*innen, informierst sie über den Ankaufsservice und beantwortest ihre Fragen.

* Du erklärst die Bewertung der eingesandten Artikel und besprichst die entsprechenden Ankaufsangebote mit den Kund*innen.

* Du gehst auf Rückfragen und Bedenken ein und überzeugst Kund*innen von den Vorteilen des Angebots.

* Wenn kein Verkauf zustande kommt, koordinierst du gemeinsam mit dem operativen Team die Rücksendung der Artikel.

* Du kümmerst dich um Fragen, Wünsche und Beschwerden und findest passende Lösungen.

* Du hältst Gesprächsinhalte und Ergebnisse in den internen Systemen fest.

Stellenanforderungen

Dein Profil

* Du hast Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung, im Verkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.

* Erfahrung im telefonischen Vertrieb oder Beschwerdemanagement sowie Interesse an Schmuck, Uhren und anderen besonderen Wertgegenständen von Vorteil.

* Du telefonierst gerne und hast Freude daran, Menschen zu überzeugen.

* Du bist kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und bleibst auch in schwierigen Situationen souverän.

* Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und sicher mit digitalen Systemen.

* Du verfügst über sichere Englischkenntnisse (B1).
